Our Policies and Procedures
*The Island Inn does not allow pets.
Check-In begins at 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out is 10:30 a.m.
Early Check-In - $10.00 per hour before our 4:00 check-in time.
*Early Check-In may or may not be allowed and is dependent on occupancy and availability of rooms.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before your check-in date.
We kindly ask you to notify us any time before the 48 hours to avoid additional fees. If a cancellation must be made after 48 hours, guests will be charged for one night for each room reserved.
If a reservation is made and guests do not notify us of a cancellation and do not show up for the reservation, you will be charged in full for each night reserved.
For special holidays and events (4th of July weekend, Rutabaga Fest) our cancellation policy is 7 days in advance.
If a prepaid room needs to be cancelled at any time, guests will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
In accordance with the Wisconsin Indoor Clean Air Act all rooms at the Island Inn are non-smoking, this includes the lobby and hallways.
An outside smoking area is provided for guests to use.
Any guest room found with evidence of smoking will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00

Maximum occupancy for any single room is 2 people.
Maximum occupancy for all double rooms is 4 people.
