Covid-19 Policy at the Island Inn

The Island Inn hopes you enjoy a safe & healthy stay.

Notice to guests

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Island Inn is implementing the following until further notice:

  • Names of all guests staying in the room are required at the time of registration and check-in.

  • For the safety of our housekeeping staff and guests,  limited housekeeping service are provided on multi-night stays.

  • Your room has been disinfected using EPA approved sanitizers and disinfectants.

  • Except for emergency purposes, during the course of your stay, unregistered persons (e.g. friends/family not staying at the Island Inn) are not allowed on the premises. We apologize for this inconvenience. We have implemented this policy to help prevent the spread of Covid19 and to protect the health and safety of all our guests and staff.

  • The glass windows at the check in area will remain closed during the check-in procedure.

  • The Front doors of the motel and check in area are locked from 10 p.m. To 8 a.m. each day. For access during these hours, your room keys will let you in the doors on the north and south ends of the hotel.

  • Check out procedures:

  • Please drop your key in the front desk key box upon check out

  • After your check-out, we plan to not enter your room to clean until at least 24 hours after you check out. Please turn off the heater, lights, and television before your departure. We would appreciate if you could also open the drapes and leave the door open to the hallway to allow air to circulate. Thank-you!
